For fellow Asian Americans: Why Asian Americans must stand up for Black Lives.

I’m working on an Urdu translation of this open letter toward our elders in various Asian communities, graciously provided by the contributors mentioned in the link here. East, South, Southeast, West, Central, etc - Asians from all over. If you speak a language within Asia, you can contribute, too. It is insisted that you do. More importantly, confront friends and family members on this. This is crucial to address the very much ingrained and socialized anti-blackness in our communities. 

Make time for this today. Sit down and talk to your elders. Make them understand. If we don’t start this conversation, no one will.
